A complete patient management platform — booking forms, admin CRM, HIPAA-aware patient records, before/after gallery, e-consents, MFA, Stripe deposits, and automated email/SMS workflows. Shipped solo, end-to-end.
MA Planning Software
Case management platform for Massachusetts planning boards. I designed and shipped an agentic grant-research workflow on Claude Sonnet 4.6 using structured tool calling (submit_grants schema) with a municipal-context system prompt and a URL-verification pipeline to mitigate hallucinated funding sources.
Swansea Town Meeting Vote
Realtime, moderator-controlled voting platform with room codes and live tallying for in-person town meetings. Integrated the Anthropic SDK to parse uploaded warrant documents into structured ballot articles — eliminating manual data entry by the town clerk.
T Silvia Excavation
Job management, Title 5 inspection workflow with Massachusetts state form population, automated BOH filing, PDF generation with digital signature, and customer/agent portals.
JR's Seaside Tavern
Reservation and event booking system — public booking forms, admin dashboard for reservation management, automated confirmation emails, and a customer-facing marketing site.

Multi-location dealership site covering vehicle inventory, buy/sell/rent services, full-service auto repair, and collision across Swansea MA, Milford MA, and East Providence RI.
